You will have the opportunity to learn e-commerce and how to run a business end to end. You will work closely in multiple facets of the business. Our customers and our artisans are what keeps us running so you will need to have great personable customer service skills.
As Email Marketing Manager, you will:
- Identify and segment target audiences and grow our email list
- Design and implement direct Email Marketing campaigns
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with customers via email to improve the purchase experience
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from Email Marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and business intelligence
About You:
- 1-2 years experience as an Email marketing manager - experience with Klavyio and Shopify tools a plus
- Experience setting up Analytical tracking systems
- Experience Analyzing marketing campaigns
- Experience creating C-level business reports
- Experience with e-commerce analytics
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems a plus
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
