As a Digital Marketing intern on the Performance Marketing team, you'll focus on helping teams worldwide, from startups to enterprises, while using Atlassian tools. You'll work with digital marketers to improve campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
This outstanding opportunity as an Email Marketing intern will give your career a head start with phenomenal support from a collaborative, mixed-skills team and experience steering the direction of our marketing programs. An internship with us will provide you with a baseline of knowledge for all areas of digital marketing including data analysis, content creation, product launches, brand, strategy, targeting, segmentation and the opportunity to collaborate with our broader marketing organization.

Web Production - Email Marketing Intern
Performance Marketing - Online Marketing
What You’ll do:
As a Email Marketing Intern - The Email Messaging team sends out hundreds of emails per month to millions of contacts to create awareness, adoption, and revenue opportunities for Atlassian products. The Email Marketing Intern will assist email strategy projects that are driving change around the email messaging experience at Atlassian. You will learn and help document an Email Marketing program that supports hundreds of partners. You'll get exposure to how emails are developed by multiple business teams and use cases.
Your Background
Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (marketing, business, or related field) and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2024
Be able to commit to a full-time (40hrs / week) - 12 week internship
Have a basic knowledge of Excel (e.g. Pivot tables, VLookUp, etc.)
Skillset to problem solve by writing and communicating well
Passionate about Digital Marketing
Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)
Compensation
At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $31/hr - $50/hr
Zone B: $28/hr - $45/hr
Zone C: $26/hr - $42/hr
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
