The Eligibility Specialist ensures participant eligibility, provides information about programs and services, and records information on forms and data systems. Duties include recruitment, outreach, follow-up, assess progress, and accurately documents data. We are very customer driven to help our participants reach their goals. Ideal candidate will be experienced with recruitment, community engagement and social media. Requires a customer service driven attitude. BA/BS degree preferred.
