Elementary Teacher Positions (K-3)

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will create lesson plans, deliver engaging instruction, and assess student progress. Eligible candidates will have active certification in Elementary Education. Out of state certifications are considered with the understanding that applicants will apply for NC licensure through the Department of Public Instruction.

```Responsibilities```
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging instruction to promote student learning and development
- Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, quizzes, and projects
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student performance
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in teaching practices

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively plan and organize lessons
- Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
