- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Valid Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
- Endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Estimated start date - August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
- 1.0 FTE - 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
- 2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 - $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

- Total insurance benefit package of over $21,000 annually
- $500/month cash stipend if you have other insurance and waive district insurance

- TSD9 covers the full 6% for PERS retirement
