Elementary School Math Teacher

Teachers will perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:

· Teach in dynamic classes that focus on instruction and developing skills, not on rote memorization

· Thoughtfully plan daily lessons in all content areas and implement specific strategies to meet the needs of all students

· Employ a variety of instructional techniques, and performance assessments to promote learning, creativity and collaboration

· Communicate and enforce high expectations and standards for behavior and performance

· Initiate and maintain timely communication with parents

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in a Math related major (preferred)

· 2+ years of relevant teaching experience with preK-6th is required

· A love of teaching and desire to help students succeed

· Must be organized and able to multi-task

· Management experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Elementary School Math teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
