Monarch Montessori is a Denver public charter elementary school serving grades Kindergarten through 5th. Monarch has a Dual Language pathway as well as a traditional English pathway, both of which braid Montessori principles with DPS standards. Monarch has a large outdoor learning environment, greenhouses, walking path and chickens!
At Monarch we use a co-teaching model. Classrooms have at least one certified Montessori teacher and at least one teacher with state licensure. We will support the right candidate with getting additional training (Montessori training, teaching license, etc.).
We actively seek applicants:
- Fluent in English and Spanish required
- Montessori Teaching certification and Bachelor's degree required
- Colorado Teaching Licensure strongly preferred
