Position Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the Minnesota education standards.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth.
- Implementing effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Assessing and tracking student progress, providing personalized feedback, and modifying instruction as needed.
- Collaborating with fellow educators and parents to support the holistic development of our scholars.
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Utilizing your teaching expertise to create a UX (Unforgettable eXperience) for our students.
- Applying innovative and interactive teaching methods to keep learners actively engaged.
- Incorporating technology into the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
- Advancing students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Cultivating a love for learning by making education fun and memorable.
Position Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Minnesota education standards and curriculum.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Creative problem-solving abilities to adapt teaching strategies as needed.
