Electronics Test Engineer

We are currently looking for an Electronics Test Engineer to join our team in Camas, WA. This role is full-time in-office. The pay range is $90,000-$115,000/year DOE
Primary Function:
The Electronics Test Engineer is responsible for maintaining end of line test stations and doing modification of test software. Works closely with others to provide support as needed and avoid down-time on the line.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
- Develop, setup and maintain automated test stations for consumer electronics products.
- Electronics products end-of-line test failure analysis.
- Develop training material and conduct training sessions on automated test stations.
- Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)
- Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience required.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in firmware test automation.
- Python programming experience.
- Consumer Electronics Test experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Analytical and problem solving ability.
- Detail oriented.
- Optical, Camera, RF or Audio Test Experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Manufacturing Test Systems experience preferred.
- Basic leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group.

- Pass a post-offer background verification.
Work Environment
LAB: Standard lab/production environment. Appropriate safety garments (PPE) must be worn. Occasionally may be required to work in environmental conditions that emulate typical user environments in order to facilitate design testing and validation. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers. Must be able to stand and work as long as 12 hours in different positions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
ENGINEERING: Standard office environment with normal amounts of office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to work in environmental conditions that emulate typical user environments in order to facilitate design testing and validation. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers.
