Our OSI Electronics division is a diversified manufacturer of electronic devices and value-added manufacturing services for use in a broad range of applications, including aerospace and defense electronics, security and inspection systems, and medical monitoring and diagnostics. OSI Electronics is seeking an Electronics Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects related to testing, troubleshooting, and creating test platforms as well as programming and modifying test programs for Functional test, ICT and Flying Probe.
Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and evaluate programs for testing on the Teradyne and HP, ICT Test Equipment.
• Design test fixtures based on test requirements, test plan, and test standards.
• Create, modify, and evaluate programs for functional testing using Labview and other program environments.
• Develop and conduct validation protocols for test equipment and procedures as per requirements.
• Troubleshoot/repair printed circuit boards that have failed ICT and/or functional test.
• Interface with production and test Supervisor/Engineers to sustain & support production test activities.
• Interface with customers to provide technical support to their inquiries.
• Knowledge of Flying Probe Test Programing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering required. Master's degree in electronics engineering programs preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years related experience in the testing of PCBA and electronic components required.
• Experience developing test systems from specs required.
• Must have Matlab and Labview programming skills.
• Experience working in a research or development environment with an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be willing to collaborate with specialist from cross-disciplinary design and technology team.
• Knowledge on execution of tests in accordance with the quality systems.
• Must have good knowledge of AC, DC analog, and digital theory.
• Must have experience in programming various types of languages and formats. (HP, Teradyne, or Genrad).
• Capable of troubleshooting to the component level, understands DFT's, Schematics, Fab Dwg's and Assembly Dwg's.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the business language (English).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level or above.
