Job Title: Electronics Recycling & Processing Associate
Salary: $16.00/Hour
Position Overview: The Electronics Recycling & Processing Associate is an in-office position responsible for helping to maintain an orderly and organized warehouse environment. The Electronics Recycling & Processing Associate will report directly to the ITAD Manager and work closely with others to ensure that everything that comes into and out of the warehouse is properly identified and managed. The individual in this position will spend much of their workday on their feet, lifting and moving heavy objects. Applicants will be required to pass a background check and meet E-Verify requirements.
Fundamental Goals and Responsibilities:
1. Receive, offload, and organize incoming supplies from vendors.
2. Sort, package, and prepare outgoing shipments to customers.
3. Enter shipping and receiving data into company database.
4. Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
5. Receive devices into company database from customer shipments.
6. Clean customer devices prior to shipment.
7. Assist in any buyback opportunities, which may include driving to the location and loading/unloading devices.
8. Prepare outgoing pallet shipments to customers.
9. Tag and label merchandise.
10. Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
11. Provide general warehouse labor on pickups and in warehouse facility, including but not limited to general cleaning, dismantling, sorting and/or processing electronic devices.
12. Operate forklift and hand truck (pallet jack).
13. Perform basic clerical duties as needed.
14. Complete other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Ability to lift 75+ pounds multiple times per day.
2. Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
3. Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
4. Valid Driver’s License.
5. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good organization and time management.
7. Ability to multitask.
8. Computer literacy. (Familiar with Google Suite; Microsoft Office Suite)
9. Team player.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
