Mesotech invites aspiring Electronics Engineer Interns to be part of our dedicated team. As an Electronics Engineer Intern, your role will primarily focus on assisting in the electronics and software aspects of system integration for aviation weather systems. Key responsibilities include assisting in the integration of sensors, software, hardware, and network components for both commercial and defense applications.
The position offers a hands-on experience, allowing interns to immerse themselves in real-world electronic system integration scenarios, complemented by significant guidance and mentorship from our seasoned engineering team. Interns are expected to commit 10-20 hours weekly during the school year, with the opportunity to extend up to 40 hours weekly during the summer period.
This is an on-site position at our Rancho Cordova, CA facility.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date
- Must be enrolled in an Electronics Engineering or related major
- Must be interested in pursuing an Electronics Engineering career related to system integration or aviation
- Ability to grasp, learn, and understand basic operation and procedures related to electronic systems and their integration
- Requires access to ITAR restricted information (must be US Person)
- Subject to thorough pre-employment background check
The base pay range for this position is $22 to $25 per hour. All personal information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
