We're looking for an Electronic Services Representative to process and complete various tasks in accordance with Federal Laws and Regulations. Including plastic cards, automated debits & credits, disputed items for members. Suggest ways we can financially empower those we serve.
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Full-Time: 40 hours a week. Mon - Fri 8:30-5:30 PM
Starting Pay: $21.00 hourly
Communication: Effective communication skills
Preferred Experience: Strong computer skills and customer service
Role: Offer guidance, education and problem resolution to members and staff regarding Electronic Services, and how to keep accounts secure. Process reports timely to ensure timely submission. Maintain compliance when processing transactions. Make referrals to the appropriate staffing to further assist members with their financial needs.
