Process and main ain subscrip ion renewals, including cancella ions, vendor changes, review and pay subscrip ion invoices in he in egra ed library sys em, and perform daily pos ing in Universi y Libraries in egra ed online sys em.
Communica e wi h subscrip ion vendors regarding invoicing issues, paymen s a us, renewals and paymen erm adjus men s as needed and work wi h library budge office o resolve paymen issues.
Main ain subscrip ion order records wi h regard o pricing, erm adjus men s, vendor con ac informa ion, and o her no es as applicable. Record and moni or subscrip ion renewal schedules and license expira ions.
Genera e e-resource records and main ain curren da a in an elec ronic resource managemen sys em (ERM) including pla form adminis ra ive log in and password informa ion.
Provide usage analysis suppor for Elec ronic Resources and Collec ion Managemen .
Communica e wi h publishers, vendors, and library s aff a Ken and Regional Campuses on behalf of Universi y Libraries concerning subscrip ion services and usage s a is ics.
Organize, develop, and evalua e workflows for special projec s as assigned, such as IP address review.
Compile and review lis s of new elec ronic resources added o he collec ion (DDA, OhioLINK ebooks, e c.) and add appropria e user access no es.
Wri e and revise workflow documen a ion.
Serve on Universi y Library and ex ernal commi ees as reques ed and/or required.
Perform rela ed du ies as assigned.

Minimum Qualifica ions:
Bachelor's degree in a relevan field and hree years of relevan experience in a comparably-sized academic or public library.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalen and en (10) years progressively responsible experience in he field of serials and elec ronic resources.
License/Cer ifica ion:
Knowledge Of:
echnical procedures of acquiring, processing, or providing access o serials, E-books, and elec ronic resources *
