Have the ability to perform common Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic Supervisor tasks to include: assigning work to employees and provide technical direction and assistance on the full range of test equipment maintenance, trouble shooting, and repair duties, developing repair procedures to train other employees, and the use of hand and power tools. Determine work sequence, priorities and deadlines of scheduled assignments; observe tasks in progress and upon completion. Provide advice or instructions to employees on administrative matters. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
