Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Electronic Engineering Intern to join our engineering team for this summer. As an intern, you will play a role in supporting the engineering team with product development and maintenance tasks. This hands-on opportunity will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills in Electronic Engineering while working on real-world projects.

Responsibilities May Include:
Hardware Design and Development:
- Assist in the design and development of electronic products.
- Engage in research, analysis, part selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, and/or prototype assembly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on various hardware projects.
Embedded Systems Programming:
- Embedded C programming to implement firmware features in hardware projects.
- Design tests for production device testing
Manufacturing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the manufacturing team on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and functional testing.
- Contribute to the development of quality inspection protocols for newly manufactured products.
Documentation and File System Management:
- Develop assembly, test, and quality inspection manuals for new products.
- Assist in the revision of existing documentation to meet quality standards.
Project Management:
- Take ownership of ongoing documentation maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to design and manufacturing projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with hardware design, schematic capture, and prototype assembly.
- Proficiency in embedded C programming for microcontrollers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, principles of DFM.
- Experience with Python programming for automation and data management.
