Job Details
We are seeking an experienced designer with experience in Analog and Mixed Signal Design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to oversee product definitions, project designs, simulation, verification, and documentation.
- Class-D Audio amplifier specialist. A principal designer with specific expertise in Class-D high power audio amplifiers.
- Other circuit design projects may include working with analog and logic sections of the following: Amplifiers, Variable Gain Amplifiers, Operational Transconductance Amplifiers, Class AB Power Amplifiers, sigma delta D/A converters for Audio, sigma delta A/D converters for Audio, low noise switched capacitor or OTA-filters, voltage & current references, PLL, VCO, charge pump & DC-DC converters…
- Datasheet specification study & comparison
- Competitor’s datasheet specification study & comparison
- Mask layout supervision
- Design & tape-out reviews
- Product or test chip debug, testing and verification
- Design & debug report documentations
- Revision mask development & tape-out
- Interface with and support of the following groups; applications, process technology, CAD, test reliability, marketing & product engineering.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- MSEE degree with 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal design experience.
- Must have good communication skills and be capable of finishing projects based on general instructions.
- Familiar with Mixed Signal design CAD tools, including Spectre (S), Verilog, Matlab, Cadence Analog Artist/Composer, Cadence Virtuoso, Synthesis & Place & Route tools.
