Job Summary
Completes electrical maintenance functions throughout the hospital and Facilities' supported areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs general electrical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on electrical systems, motors, emergency generators, and other electromechanical equipment.
- Responds as assigned to emergency codes and procedures.
- Uses various tools associated with electrical maintenance including hand and power tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Works on other maintenance related tasks as the needs of the department require.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher required upon hire
- No experience required
- Electrician - Journeyman or Master Electrician's license in state of Kentucky required upon hire
