Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facilityExecution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projectsWill be required to obtain knowledge of plant processesDesign and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved componentsWork with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projectsTraining and development courses by HR, vendors and outside consultants Required QualificationsPermanent work authorization in the U.S without sponsorshipMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systemsAbility to read and analyze electrical schematicsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team or individual environment and be a self-starterPreferred QualificationsPrevious Cargill ExperienceAbility to read, write, and speak English Ability to understand continuous and batch process control strategiesPossess a working understanding of the production processAbility to configure and program a variety of control systems including PLC and HMI systemsKnowledge of reliability centered maintenance, planning and schedulingAutomation, Electrical, and / or Instrumentation experience with Allen-Bradley and SiemensDesign and implementation knowledge of plant digital business technologiesConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
