Electrical Systems Engineer

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer with expertise in electrical and electronic system design.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a BSEE with 3-5 years of experience in electrical and electronic system design

• Experience with electromechanical device specification and component selection

• Ability to develop detailed system requirement documentation for control system hardware and software

• Experience developing test requirements/ plans for control systems to carry out functional, operational, reliability testing

• Ability to assist with failure analysis of control system components/assemblies for in-line or field failures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assisting with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and approvals

• Proficiency in authoring Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for Electrical Systems revisions

• Knowledge of electrical motors and controls, electronic circuit function, battery and charger application, electrical-hydraulic controls, electric and engine powered commercial vehicles

Job Responsibilities:

• Define electromechanical device specifications

• Develop detailed system requirement documentation for control system hardware and software

• Develop test requirements/ plans for the control systems to carry out functional, operational, reliability testing

• Assist with failure analysis of control system components/assemblies for in-line or field failures

• Author Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for Electrical Systems revisions

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
