We are seeking to add an Electrical Systems Administration Specialist to our Fresno office. As an Electrical systems Administration Specialist. With Synergy Companies, you will play an integral role as an extension of our electrical design team. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, fast paced projects with clients in collaborative process to find the right solutions for their unique needs. You will work closely with the project managers, senior Engineers to ensure that our exciting projects are being constructed and designed.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Resolve any tissues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Answer project phone calls
Managing the daily activities of electrical department troubleshooting questions
Estimating the cost of materials needed to complete projects
Developing plans for electrical projects such as constructing new facilities or upgrading existing ones
Act as liaison between contractor and the design team during the construction administration phase to address questions regarding the design and /or field conditions prior to item being installed
Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, codes, government regulations plans, details, and specifications
Participate in commissioning planning as needed
Participate in weekly meeting
Peer reviewing design documents, schematics, and specification sheets
Requirements:
Proven Experience being an Electrical lead
Strong knowledge of all phases of the construction processes, materials, and methods
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in using construction management software and tools
Familiarity with building codes regulations and permits
Budgeting : Experience in creating and managing project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
Administrative: Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and preparing reports
Must have 5+ years in the field experience
Requires the ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by our clients and/or federal contracts
