Responsibilities:
- Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats.
- Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow.
- Understanding basic production flow for processor products.
- Develop scripts using C, Perl, Python,... to parse raw test data.
- Performing characterization on new products on ATE test platforms and generate standard characterization reports.
- Good understanding of Perl, Python script writing techniques.
- Good Programming Skills in C/C++, in a Unix type environment.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on ATE test platforms is a plus.
- Graduate with an AS or BS degree in EE or CE.
- Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming language (C/C++).
- 0-1 years of previous experience.
