We are currently hiring an Electrical Service Manager to join our team!

The Electrical Service Manager role is integral in our organization. At Reynolds Electric and Plumbing, we are focused on building and delivering a dynamic customer service experience while providing the critical services our clients need. Our Electrical Service Manager manages electrical staff and exceeds customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time.

Job Description:

• Sales Integration: Seamlessly integrate sales strategies across various departments to achieve profitable results.
• Customer Relationship Building: Train Electrical Journeymen and Apprentices on how to establish customer rapport and promote the right products and services.
• Revenue Accountability: Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Team Success: Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall business success.
• Performance Management: Monitor the performance of electrical field professionals and provide guidance for improvement.
• Scheduling Excellence: Manage team schedules to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Incentive Programs: Ensure that incentive programs are fair and meticulously documented.
• Administrative Oversight: Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets.
• Technical Support: Step in as a technical resource for field technicians when necessary. Must have or be able to obtain an active Journeyman license in Oregon.

Requirements:

• Electrical Experience: Has worked as a Licensed Electrical Journeyman.
• Operational Excellence: Develop a proven track record in operations.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
• Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Decision-Making: Quick, sound decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Presentation Skills: Good presentation and public speaking skills are a plus.
• Empathy: Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy with customers and team members.
