We are looking for experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team; we are hiring for all shifts.
Summary: The Electrical Maintenance Technician performs general upkeep of buildings’ electrical systems. This entails inspecting the premises, performing routine maintenance, and fixing any faulty wiring.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all the Anchor Principles and Guidelines, as well as Anchor policies and procedures.
- Work with a sense of urgency required, especially with machine breakdowns.
- Ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
- Build or rebuild control panels as for new or existing equipment.
- Perform electrical installations as needed for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair of any breakdowns on all equipment, utilizing PLC Logic.
- Immediate response to equipment failures.
- Documented verification of repair work.
- Fabrication of items needed by the manufacturing areas.
- Set up new equipment as needed.
- Perform minor electrical troubleshooting.
- Move equipment to aid manufacturing.
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- All positions are cross functional; may assist in other areas that management deems necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years minimum of experience working with machinery. Must be familiar with stamping press controls. Panel Building and fabrication skills a plus.
