- Take photos prior to bid.
- Detail review and takeoff of blueprints, CD’s and other bid documents.
- Work with the sales team to specify products.
- Work with the sales team to determine appropriate labor.
- Preconstruction and construction meetings.
- Meet to verify project material then material order sheets are sent to the Inventory Specialist to order.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and managing job labor/installation.
- Document and report process and progress to sales, accounting, & executive team.
- If any changes need to happen that are outside of the proposed scope submit a change order to the sales dept. and/or customers.
- The job is walked with the customer and signed off upon completion.
- All remaining material is inventoried and identified for stock or returned.
- Coordinates with customers for scheduling & installation. Communication is key.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Utilize system to track and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
- Supports accounting department for unpaid invoices.
- Assists with permit application and procurement.
- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
- Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions.
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
- Holds regular status meetings with the project team.
- Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

- Conducts annual reviews of project team.
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
