This growing high-tech company is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join their team. This company specializes in developing innovative solutions for the avionics industry.
We can offer you the following:
- Annual full time salary of 70k-110k depending on experience

You will be responsible for:
- Developing test applications to run on test equipment which will consist of adapter cables and software scripts for a variety of DOD aircraft, including helicopters, fighters, large transports and unmanned aircraft
- You will work closely with team of engineers and other professionals to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test applications for test equipment, including adapter cables and software scripts.
- Perform circuit analysis and troubleshooting to ensure test applications meet performance and safety standards
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to identify and solve technical challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the avionics industry
- Write technical reports and documentation to support the development process
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the product development cycle, including concept, component selection, design, product debug, qualification test, documentation, and transfer to manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices
- Ability to read and understand test requirements and electrical schematics
- Experience with at least 2 programming languages such as Python, VBScript, C ++ and VB.net
- Experience with automatic cable test equipment such as DITMCO, CK Technologies or Cable Test is a plus
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel
- Experience in cable design for the avionics industry and familiarity with aircraft connectors is a plus
