Pay: $110-120k
Responsibilities & Duties
· Design, develop, and test all aspects of electrical systems including battery monitoring, AC/DC power converters, DC/DC power converters, precision sensors, analog circuit design and digital circuit design.
· Advanced knowledge of CAD software including PADS Logic, PADS Layout, MATLAB, PSPICE, PSIM, LTSpice
· Firmware experience a plus.
· Apply advanced principles and techniques of Electrical Engineering to accomplish goals
· Advanced knowledge of standard concepts and practices such as worst case circuit stress analysis, design failure mode and effect analysis, mean time between failure analysis and thermal stress analysis.
· Must be willing to plan and accomplish long term goals with little day to day supervision.
· Ability to conceptualize a solution from a set of requirements.
· Temperament to work with voltages up to 600V.
- Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and design standards.
· May lead and direct the work of others
· High degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
· Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering a plus
· Minimum of 8 years related experience.
· Work on-site
