Come work with our team developing innovative solutions for our customers. The team is trying new things and working on problems that others cannot solve. Start dates are flexible. This internship will be in our Huntsville office.
Responsibilities
- Work on a defined project over the course of the internship
- Regular check in with mentor on progress and any potential roadblocks
- Design, develop, document, test and debug projects
- Candidate will participate in team meetings, hardware and software design reviews; technical interchange meetings, and other management meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Working towards a BS in Electrical Engineering, or related degree
- Classes/experience in one of the following: Circuit Design, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, or Power Electronics
- A desire to learn and solve problems
- Self-driven
Desired Skills
- Agile Development Experience
- Interest in Software Defined Radio (SDR) or Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), experience
- Experience with C/C++ and QT
- Xilinx Vivado and with Linux systems such as Ubuntu/Redhat, Ettus UHD and RFNoC, Analog Device’s IIO
Special Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation
