Method Engineering Group is hiring an entry-level Electrical Engineer / Designer to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. As an Electrical Engineer / Designer on our team, you will be assisting in the design of commercial lighting, electrical distribution, power, fire alarm, sustainable design, emergency power and low voltage systems.

Electrical Engineer / Designer Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction documents using Autodesk Revit and supporting design software.
• Build strong relationships with our client design teams.
• Coordinate design efforts working with other engineering disciplines and architects.
• Help plan the project production process.
• Perform construction site visits, review equipment submittals, and assist contractors during the construction phase.

Electrical Engineer / Designer Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Up to 3 years of professional experience
• EIT preferred
• Revit knowledge (Preferred)
• Familiar with current codes involved in building design (NEC, NFPA, IBC)
• Must be a creative problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Electrical Engineer / Designer Pay: $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience
