- Develop and deliver 3D wire harness installation drawings in accordance with Caterpillar program modeling standards
- Develop the harness 3D models using Creo Parametric
- Perform full wire routing in Creo Cabling and Electric Lines Design (CAT Electrical workbench)
- Performed detailed quality check prior to delivery
- Deliver batch data of completed engineering products in accordance with Caterpillar program plan
- Harness Installation design to be provided via Creo Cabling and ELD and saved to Teamcenter
- Product structure creation/modification for harness which supports items such as clamps, spacers, brackets etc.
- Product Structure creation/modification for the wiring Harness which include the harness, connectors, backshell, terminal lugs, markers, etc.
