Electrical & Automation Specialist
Seeking a motivated Electrical & Automation Specialist to join our team with responsibilities of managing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting advanced automation systems.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Schedule: Assigned as needed with opportunities for overtime
- Starting hourly pay of 36.23/hr. based on knowledge and demonstrated skill.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Works with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions to diagnose and service equipment.
- Diagnoses and isolates Advanced Automation equipment system and systems.
- Troubleshoots and analyzes complex problems and implements remedies in a safe manner. This includes control issues with any drive or PLC components as well as PLC program modifications and troubleshooting.
- Utilize their electrical/arc flash rated tools and participate in the Nestle tool reimbursement program (allowance up to $170.)
- Design, draw, assemble and install electronic components.
- Program various electronic equipment to meet needs of production.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of Alan Bradley hardware/software required.
- Previous electronic or maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required
- PLC programming skills in RS logix5000 required.
- Understands Industrial Automation Networks: EtherNet\IP, Modbus TCP. ControlNet, Preferred
- Knowledge of HMI programming. FT View SE/ME Preferred
- Must be able to work independently.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness and initiative to learn.
- Have good communications skills.
- Ability to observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
