Electrical & Automation Specialist
Seeking a motivated Electrical & Automation Specialist to join our team with responsibilities of managing, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting advanced automation systems.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Schedule: Assigned as needed with opportunities for overtime
  • Starting hourly pay of 36.23/hr. based on knowledge and demonstrated skill.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Works with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions to diagnose and service equipment.
  • Diagnoses and isolates Advanced Automation equipment system and systems.
  • Troubleshoots and analyzes complex problems and implements remedies in a safe manner. This includes control issues with any drive or PLC components as well as PLC program modifications and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize their electrical/arc flash rated tools and participate in the Nestle tool reimbursement program (allowance up to $170.)
  • Design, draw, assemble and install electronic components.
  • Program various electronic equipment to meet needs of production.

REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong knowledge of Alan Bradley hardware/software required.
  • Previous electronic or maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required
  • PLC programming skills in RS logix5000 required.
  • Understands Industrial Automation Networks: EtherNet\IP, Modbus TCP. ControlNet, Preferred
  • Knowledge of HMI programming. FT View SE/ME Preferred
  • Must be able to work independently.

Skills:
  • Machine Trouble Shooting Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness and initiative to learn.
  • Have good communications skills.
  • Ability to observe good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
