$50,000/Year depending on experience

1st shift

Our client is hiring experienced an Electrical Account Manager with experience working with companies working in the material handling installation and maintenance industry nationwide. This position will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships within the industry to drive overall business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

-Responsibilities:

· Develop and nurture long term business relationships with existing and new companies involved with the electrical installation and maintenance of material handling systems nationwide.

· Actively seek out potential clients through networking, referrals and calling on companies.

· Stay up to date with company’s products, services and industry trends.

· Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling additional products or services.

· Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manager.

· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

-Requirements:

· Understanding and knowledge of the material handling industry.

· At least 2 years of experience successfully driving business with similar companies, industries and/or electrical.

· Strong proficiency in using computer systems and software including CRM and Microsoft products.

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills

· Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities.
