Reviews recording from each electrode position for clear artifact free recording and for deviations from normal. Reports grossly abnormal test results to the appropriate personnel. - Routinely edits electrocardiographs from all HFHS satellites to verify accuracy of patient demographics, such as patient name and medical record
numbers before uploading to Care+.

- Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience as EKG technician, preferred.
- Analysis of technical problems is necessary when performing electrocardiograms in
order to obtain an acceptable tracing. - Improper computer input of patient identification data could result in misinterpretation of electrocardiograms and possible misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
- Daily contact with physician's to deliver EKG's for physician's reading and signature.
