EHS AnalystJob Description Summary
This role will support a key Global Occupier Services (GOS) client account in North America. The role reports to the Manager, EHS. The EHS Analyst will support the implementation of Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work, policies, within Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W) account operations.Job Description
- Reports on program compliance metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually as set forth in the Playbook or as otherwise requested by to demonstrate conformance with program goals and objectives.
- Measures and analyzes EHS metrics and KPI performances,
- Supports the client Environmental Management Information System (EMIS)
- Administers processes in alignment with the client’s EHS Management System.
- Implements Cushman & Wakefield’s EHS Software platforms.
- Provides risk assessments to determine impact to Cushman & Wakefield and client staff.
- Supports incident Investigations in conjunction with the online reporting system.
- Administers EHS processes for the client account EHS group.
- Produces and analyzes reports with EHS statistics.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor of Science in environmental, health, safety or relevant scientific or engineering field.
- This an entry level role and requires 0 to 2 years of experience within the EHS profession.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, regulations (OSHA/EPA).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to find solutions.
- Ability to leverage office systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.
- The ability to travel (approximately 5%).
