Position Summary :

Responsible for assisting Lead Staff with an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child enrolled in a group.

Minimum Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
NCECC plus a minimum of 6 semester hours of EDU college coursework

Required Skills
2 years of verifiable work experience in a licensed childcare facility.

Required Licenses
Education Administrator
NCECC, CPR, Pediatric First Aid, CRC Letter Qualifying to work in childcare, ITS SIDS (if working directly with children 12 months and younger, within 2 months of hire for all other staff). BSAC if working directly with school-aged children.
