MSAD #53 is seeking a student-focused, flexible, collaborative individual for the Title I program at Manson Park School. Title I Ed Techs work with individuals and small groups within the regular classroom and in pull-out settings providing intervention in foundational literacy skills and concepts. Some support for math learning may also be required. A team of four Title I Ed Techs collaborate with the PK-4 Literacy Specialist to plan and implement instruction and to monitor progress. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with young children and who are organized, coachable, energetic, and reliable. Based on experience, qualifications, and Support Staff Collective Bargaining Agreement pay scale. Ed Tech II positions begin at $15.70 per hour.
