Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Manager to join our team. The Education Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and evaluating educational initiatives across our market regions. This individual will not only collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our education programs effectively meet the needs of our clients and drive sales success but will also be responsible for managing a team including the Strategic Partnership Manager, Event Specialist, and Education Specialist.

- Planning In-Market Education: Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to understand the unique needs and preferences of each market. Develop comprehensive education plans tailored to specific regions that align with sales objectives.
- Executing In-Market Education: Work closely with the Education Specialist to ensure timely planning and execution of educational events for salons and stylists. Coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory, with marketing to maximize promotional efforts, and with store/sales teams to drive participation and measure success.
- Planning and Executing Company Events: Lead the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person company events, including company-wide update calls and multi-brand trainings. Coordinate with various departments and external partners to deliver engaging and informative events that foster collaboration and drive sales.
- Managing Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to ensure the success of the team and alignment with company goals.
- Grow Service Dollars: Collaborate with the Strategic Partnership Manager to organize trainings across markets focused on color, treatments, and extensions. Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and educational initiatives.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain strong relationships with brand partners and stay abreast of their education goals and initiatives. Ensure alignment between brand objectives and in-market education planning to maximize effectiveness and relevance.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Work closely with leadership to track and evaluate the success of education and events initiatives. Provide regular reports on key metrics and budgets to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
