The Role
As our Account Executive, you'll be responsible for both new business, and managing existing accounts. It's a hybrid role, so not only will new business be a priority, but you'll also be responsible for nurturing existing account relationships. you'll be accountable for staying current with our product functionality to ensure high quality product trainings are delivered. Alongside the commercial responsibilities, you’ll take ownership of ensuring product implementations and onboardings are delivered with fidelity, so a background in EdTech would be highly advantageous. Core Responsibilities:
Forging New Partnerships
- You’ll forge new partnerships with NYC based districts, utilising your existing network, sales experience, and market knowledge to ensure our commercial goals are met.
Account Management
- You’ll nurture existing relationships with districts across the city, ensuring that they’ve got a dedicated and knowledgeable point of contact at all times.
Customer Success
- You’ll ensure our customers are getting the most out of their investments, leaving no stone unturned to make sure our solutions are being utlized to their fullest..
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive New Business Development experience .
- Customer Success / Account Management experience.
- Experience selling into the K-12 market.
- You’ll be based in the New York City area, and will have extensive existing relationships and connections.
- You’ll be a warm hearted, passionate individual that acts with integrity and understands the significance of providing a fantastic customer experience across the board.
