EDM OPERATOR - 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
An EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining equipment to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical specifications.

- Monitor EDM machines during operation to ensure they are producing parts within tolerance and meeting quality standards. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Knowledge of different EDM machine types and their applications.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for handling materials and operating machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to safety guidelines.
