SalaryMSAD 53 is looking for 2 caring, compassionate and patient candidates to join the special education team at Vickery School to work with grades 1-4 and Warsaw Middle School to work with grades 5-8. Students in this program have a wide variety of academic, functional and behavioral needs. The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the special education teacher to manage student behaviors and behavior plans as well as support students in the regular and special education setting in both small groups and one to one to meet students’ unique needs.
Must have an ed. Tech I authorization or be eligible to apply for authorization through the
Maine Department of Education and must be fingerprinted through the Maine Department of Education. This is a part time position - 29.5 hours a week. Hourly wage per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
