To achieve enrollment goals, you will conduct outreach via multiple communication channels, including cold calling, email, social selling, and utilizing social media to reach potential students. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience directly selling professional online services/courses to individual students.

What you will need:

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced metrics driven environment. Strong growth and sales orientated attitude. You have a sense of urgency in completing your assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Focused on achieving optimum levels of service while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to potential and newly enrolling students by using our IMPACT sales process.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to utilize and leverage technology and systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skills we'd prefer you have: (but it's ok if you don’t!):

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
  • Prior success working in a goal and metrics driven environment.
  • Direct enrollment, admissions, or sales in eLearning services.
  • Knowledge of the higher education market.
  • Customer service experience.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to work with a dynamic group of people in a high-growth organization where employee development is promoted.
  • A broad set of competitive benefits under the Endowed program, including educational opportunities, access to virtual wellness programs, health care options, 3 weeks of paid vacation, 13 paid holidays, and superior retirement contributions. https://hr.cornell.edu/benefits-pay
