Job Description: DEVIR is seeking to add a self-motivated eCommerce Specialist to its amazing team based in Orlando, FL. As the eCommerce Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. You will also be responsible for working closely with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure clear communication for all online product listings ensuring customers can easily find what they are looking for, as well as entering data, pulling reports, managing, and maintaining listings and inventory, and overseeing all orders moving through the different e-commerce marketplaces while guaranteeing high levels of service to our consumers at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platforms (e.g., website, marketplace accounts).
• Prepare, write, upload product digital content and listings, descriptions, images, and pricing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create engaging content by utilizing creative copy, dynamic imagery, and latest trends in merchandising products categories in the digital marketplace.
• Learn and use content management systems (customer vendor portals) to manage the catalog and digital assets.
• Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all product listings.
• Monitor and respond to all consumer inquiries.
• Ensure all concerns & complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and within company guidelines and policies.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and site searches.
• Work with Vendors to complete ingestion sheets and uploads to their PIM.
• Manage vendor relations and third-party apps as applicable to website infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and platform updates.
• Assist with implementation and support of any sales, marketing and product development initiatives.
• Setup, maintain and update all Product Development files.
• Assist with web development, including building templated pages and brainstorming creative solutions for sharing and curating content.
• Generate website analytics and create data reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate agreed upon metric expectations for digital marketing programs or promotions, track the metrics and report on results of each program to assist with decisions on future opportunities and investments.
• Basic testing of website functionality: checking for errors, confirming accuracy (not coding)
• Collaborate with project teams (internally and externally) to produce assets.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order processing.
• Work closely with IT and 3rd parties to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the online sales platforms.
• Perform any necessary refunds or exchanges in line with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in / implement regular site maintenance and updates as required.
• Provide occasional administrative support.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) (required)
• Knowledge of Magento (1.x and 2.x) (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of recent experience working in Digital, eCommerce, Online Content and Merchandising (required)
• Experience working with Big Box Retailers or Ecommerce Marketplaces with CPG companies with various brands.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay). (required)
• Proven skills in both content and online merchandising that have increased eCommerce sales, including SEO, Search, Navigation and Taxonomy knowledge and experience.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer focus, rich content driven and merchandising instincts.
• Self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision.
• Minimal travel required 10%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
