Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist

As the Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the curation and maintenance of product assortments that optimize online product presentation for Juliska.com, JuliskaFactoryOutlet.com and CapucineDeWulf.com. Reporting to our Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Planning. This is not a visual merchandising role.

• Curate and maintain extensive product catalogs for Juliska.com, JuliskaFactoryOutlet.com and CapucineDeWulf.com, ensuring up-to-date prices, descriptions, attributes, and promotion accuracy.
• Develop and implement data-driven site merchandising strategies that enhance product discovery and create a customer-centric experience.
• Enhance internal search functionality and boost purchase conversion rates through regular audits, ensuring the accuracy of content and effective merchandising.
• Support in executing Ecommerce Merchandising strategies related to campaigns, promotions, and new site capabilities.
• Assist in maintaining site calendars to ensure timely uploads of new products and featured collections.
• Work cross-functionally with Planning to ensure products are in stock and available inventories are correct.
• Partner with our development agency to report site issues and plan site enhancements.
• Ensure all website apps are updated, maintained, and operating correctly.
• Assist in SEO & ADA strategies and initiatives by ensuring sites are properly optimized for search engine success and follow ADA requirements.
• Maintains awareness of market trends and conditions and remains up to date with the industry’s best practices.
• Support Ecommerce with special projects, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite and Excel.
• Proven experience in category management, data entry/product uploads, and merchandising.
• Ability to compile information and work with data to make decisions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative with an emphasis on effective time management.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, data entry, or online merchandising.
• Experience with ecommerce is preferred. (Shopify Plus / Amazon Seller Central a plus)
