The eCommerce Manager will drive the ecommerce strategy and marketing efforts within the Husqvarna Professional Business Unit. A critical team player, this role will focus on commercialization and growth of the Pro BU product lines on Husqvarna.com, and other key online channels. You will take a holistic view of the entire customer experience and work with a range of internal and external partners to deliver on ecommerce initiatives and performance. In your role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional experts including eCommerce Center of Excellence, sales and sales operations, GIS, supply chain, customer service, marketing and brand teams. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Services, Pro BU.
- Refine and implement Husqvarna.com ecommerce strategy for Pro BU NA, align with wider Group strategy and the overall commercial development plans of the DTC team
- Leverage data driven insights to champion UX of commercial brand/products for the pro customer (landscapers, arborists, golf/sport) on Husqvarna.com and beyond.
- Build demand planning processes and communication cadence.
- Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports, re. performance across both digital trading (sales, margin, cost) and web metrics (CR, AOV, cart abandonment).
- Build plans to monitor ratings & reviews and form action plans when necessary.
- Organize, source, and deliver details and assets required to build digital shelf and create a best-in-class online user experience.
- Collaborate with eComm COE, dealer and/or customer service to enable white glove services; troubleshoot and support issue resolution to ensure high quality customer experience from awareness to after sales.
- Gain deep understanding of competitive UX and DTC for professional customer.
- Develop and drive digital marketing plans and briefs to meet company objectives.
- Collaborate on implementation of marketing automation, CDP, audience segmentation
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Technology or related field
- 2-5 years eCommerce related experience, corporate, start-up, or agency
- Organized, inquisitive, outgoing, self-starter are key traits for success in this role
- Ability to build various levels of strong ongoing customer and organizational relationships across Sales, Marketing and GIS; Identify and overcome business challenges that could impede success
- Solid analytical skills; use data to recommend improvements, establish and report out on KPIs; high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, etc
- Experience or working knowledge with:
- Digital marketing, B2B or retail, paid search, paid social, display, email automation, ability to set best practices and develop high quality briefs
- Google Analytics; SEO Optimization
- Digital shelf content creation; Salsify, online syndication
- Product ratings & review generation
- Website content management systems (ie Sitecore)
- CDP and CRM (ie Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Marketing automation applications (ie Eloqua)
