What We Need

We need a super-talented eCommerce Director who is AMAZING at

• Managing and providing leadership to our eCommerce department and coordinating day-to-day departmental responsibilities, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the user experience and oversee the effective planning and execution of the content across the websites.
• Manage site performance and improvement strategies to grow traffic and increase revenue.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience with eCommerce and digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
• Five years of related experience with progressive management experience
• Experience with expense management and familiarity with profit and loss statements.
• Marketing and design experience.
