Position Description

This position is frequently fast-paced and requires focus, accuracy, follow-through, and motivation. The Customer Service Representative will be able to efficiently process orders and returns. He or she will answer telephone and email inquiries related to order status and will place calls to vendors to locate and expedite purchase orders. Over time, the Representative will be able to help a customer through the entire order process, advising on product selection and finding alternative solutions.

Successful Profile

The successful candidate has a passion for satisfying the needs of customers online in a friendly and efficient manner. He or she has an appealing telephone personality and enjoys problem-solving. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand parts are important. This individual must be detail-oriented and quick-paced, as well as friendly and eager to assist. Experience working in a call center is helpful.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• One year experience in a sales or office environment
• High school diploma
• Detail-oriented

Additional Preferences

• Experience in resourcefulness in solving customer issues
• Experience at a call center
• Post-secondary education
• Bi-lingual Spanish

Pay: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
