eCommerce Customer Service Representative
Reports to: eCommerce Manager or Director

About the Position
The position calls for a motivated individual who has excellent Customer Service and communication skills. This position covers a high volume of calls, chats, emails while balancing day to day tasks. We're seeking an individual who is a quick learner, can multi-task, but most importantly puts the customers first and delivers excellent Customer Service.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Delivers premier, front line Customer Service by greeting and providing information, answering questions and/or offering assistance to customers, vendors and general public.
• Assists customers with navigating online stores features
• Responds to and resolves customer related issues and complaints.
• Initiates customer orders by receiving and entering order details for processing.
• Resolve billing issues.
• Verifies and maintains online customer accounts
• Assist with internal reporting
• Able to assist others as needed with excel related tasks

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer focused while maintaining creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate ability to provide clear and concision information.
• Skilled with Excel and other Office Software
• Must be able to accurately demonstrate ability to type and do alpha/numeric entries.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Organizational skills; able to plan time and work effort effectively with attention to details.
• Analytical and problem solving skills; able to identify critical situations and use good judgment to respond in a timely manner and if needed, consult appropriate personnel before making critical decisions.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach, grasp, bend hand, dexterity, etc.

Schedule: Morning Shift. Monday - Friday. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
