As a E-commerce Assistant, your primary role is to support our e-commerce analytics team in collecting and analyzing data, uncovering insights, and providing recommendations to enhance e-commerce performance and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Collection and Preparation: Gather and organize data from various e-commerce platforms and sources for analysis.
* Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical methods to extract valuable insights from e-commerce datasets.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
* Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
* Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand e-commerce objectives and provide data-driven insights and support.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, data analysis tools, and best practices to enhance your analytical skills.
Ideally you bring the following attributes:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
* Analytical mindset and a passion for working with data to uncover actionable insights.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
