Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all service needs related to maintenance all facilities on the East Coast
• Manage Go Lives-start-up projects of DCs to include personal travel needs and staff support.
• Travel as needed to each DC for planned inspections of assigned facilities to determine condition; diagnose problems and initiate necessary actions. Travel can be up to 65-70% of the time during busy season.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance for all locations. Establish work priorities and responsibilities for local and regional team.
• Manage all staff within organizational chart to include all direct reports and those of the team in maintenance.
• Responsible to ensure all levels of work or projects are inspected by assigned consultant experts or trained staff upon completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to maintenance or as needed other areas needing support.
Minimum Requirements:
• Position requires to be available as needed. Cell phone and laptop will be provided to assist in managing needs as they arrive outside of normal business hours.
• Trained or having knowledge in general maintenance, repairs to include: ammonia systems, warehouse environment, recording keeping, working with and managing contractors and agreements.
• Three years minimum experience as a Regional Maintenance Manager or similar scope of responsibility.
Experience and Ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures possible via visual or performance.
• Extensive experience with Ammonia Systems required !!
